paperless paperbookThe paperless paperbook stores up to 160 electronic books all in the size of an ordinary paperback, but at less than 1/2″ thick.

Each page is displayed on a patented screen which uses E-Ink® technology. This replicates the contrast of black ink on light grey paper giving it a high contrast making it similar to reading a page of an actual book. It also reflects light like  an ordinary book which means it can be seen in direct sunlight, doesn’t cause eye fatigue and doesn’t use a backlit LCD meaning it doesn’t drain the power. Another big advantage of the paperless paperback is that you can enlarge the text size at the touch of a button, so no more large print books only.

It will only use power when using the page turn batteries which means up to 7,500 pages can be turned from just a single charge. That’s enough to read approximately 16 books before it needs recharging.
The paperless paperback connects to a PC via USB. When connected it recharges the battery and allows you to purchase, download and transfer ebooks to the device from the online store, which contains over 20,000 titles.

The paperless paperbook also has an integrated music player which is capable of playing MP3 and AAC tracks, as well as supporting word documents, PDFs, and JPEG images. Digital texts can also be uploaded using a memory card and stored on it’s 192mb of internal memory.
