Are you sick of the sounds from the earbuds or even the massive stereo sets? Do you wish you could hear your latest albums loudly without the intimidating powers of speakers? With the handcrafted iPod Gramophone, it is perfectly possible. Shaped like a French horn to amplify the sound and made with ceramic materials, this “horn” can truly unleash the music in your iPod.
The iPod Gramophone projects the sounds with real horn acoustics. It is a simple step of getting your iPod earbuds and placing them at the designated cradles. Then, the sound wave will travel through the coil to echo the sound out. Surprisingly, the gramophone can amplify up to 55 decibels, similar to a laptop’s sound level.
Note, however, that the iPod Gramophone is not the ideal solution for music requiring heavy base frequencies. However, with any generations of iPod playing blues, folk, jazz, classical, and other softer genres, the gramophone can work great. It is also only the size of a desk lamp, allowing it to fit in nicely into anyone’s room.
